Burt Hart - 83 Year Old Man of Steel!

Ask any member at 50+Fitness about Burt Hart and they will tell you, “He’s my inspiration!” Burt began exercising at 50+Fitness over a year ago and hasn’t let up! Over the past year, he has logged in over 275 visits and he even went on a 2 week vacation during that time! (We’re only open a little over 300 days a year with being closed on Sundays and some holidays.) That’s no easy feat, way to go BURT!

Pastor by day, Super Hero by night! “It (50+Fitness) is such an important part of my everyday life,” Burt said as we were talking the other day. But believe it or not, he does more than just exercise! Burt has been preaching for 60 years! That’s right folks-Burt is the preacher at South Riverside Baptist Church on South Hydraulic in Wichita.

Burt has been nicknamed “Frank” as in “Frank Sinatra” by the rest of the 8:00AM Rat Pack. He exercises 6 days a week for an hour and a half each day!

Its okay by him…he can be your inspiration (or Super Hero) too!
